Thanks to everyone for their very kind comments! The popularity of the book is growing faster than I could have ever dreamed!!! We have had some issues with the Scribd.com website - but everything should be resolved in the near future. For now, though, www.stitz-zeager.com remains the best place to download the book (and source code!) for free.
